5. Supervision of Subcontractors

The SUMCO TECHXIV Group will implement appropriate measures when outsourcing the handling of personal information to a subcontractor to ensure that personal information is handled safely within the scope of the operation under contract.

6. Disclosure, Correction, etc.

The SUMCO TECHXIV Group will respond within reason to requests regarding the disclosure, correction or deletion of personal information related to the individual making the request after verifying the identity of the individual.

7. Education of Employees and Staff

The SUMCO TECHXIV Group will endeavor to establish a thorough awareness among all its executives and employees, including full-time employees, contract employees, part-time employees and temporary staff, to ensure they handle personal information properly.
